Development

Our company not only constructs electric and electronic assemblies, devices and systems but also does the development work, which is divided in following subcategories:

  • Construction of own electronic und electric devices and systems
  • Development of assemblies
  • Designing of circuit board layout
  • Creation of complete production documents from your sketches
  • Modification and retrofitting of devices and systems
  • Development of Soft- and Firmware
  • Final testing, Upgrading and Patching of our products

To provide highest possible comfort and enable use of the full potential of our products we develop customized applications and software components to control devices, e.g. our MCA-166 and MCA-527.
This includes applications to handle micro controllers, firmware programming, hardware configuration and programs for the processing and analysis of collected data.

The supported platforms reach from Microsoft Windows and Linux through DOS up to Mobile Systems, such as Windows Mobile.

Detector512 and Detector3000 for example

The Detector512 is a modular measurement system built for X-Ray measurement on 512 channels. Essentially the Detector512 uses a controlling unit and up to eight measurement processors. Each of the processors can be connected with four detector moduls containing a radiation-sensitive detector with 16 pixels and 16 preamplifiers.

The Detector512 is connected to the controlling computer system  over USB2.0 port.

The random access memory can be upgraded up to 4GB. Each channel reaches a sampling rate of 1 MS/s. The resolution is fixed at 12bit.

The Detector3000 is able to measure on 3000 channels and draws on a considerable increased random access memory. Sampling rate and resolution are equal to the Detector512.

The system also the random access memory is in principle freely expandable. Size and power consumption will increase propotional to the number of components.

The detectors are used for visualization of extreme fast processes in areas difficult to observe. For example, the visualization of the seperation of fluids in a centrifuge.
